The Pot Rack has been in business for over 30 years and is located in the historic gold mining town of Jacksonville, Oregon. We carry thousands of cooking essentials (and not so essential) sourced from famous kitchenware lines from all around the world.
Our store has been called a "cooks toy store"... And it is!
Come see for yourself.

Join our Cookbook Club, where culinary adventures and community come together!
Each event, we’ll explore a theme, cook up a dish inspired by it, and gather potluck-style to share our creations. From discovering new cuisines to swapping kitchen tips, this club is a feast for both the taste buds and the soul.
Together, we’ll foster connections, celebrate creativity, and build a vibrant community—all through the magic of food.
Our first theme is APPETIZERS. Tuesday April 15th from 5:30-7:30pm @ The Pot Rack.

Our Story
The Pot Rack opened its doors in Florence, Oregon in 1992 and was the creation of Joann Freeland and Steve Abandonato. Ten years later, Joann and Steve moved the store to Jacksonville where they set up shop and flourished. That same year, Erika Bishop and her young family moved to Jacksonville. Erika had spent 25 years living in New York City and left her position as Executive Producer of the Food Network so her children could grow up in a bucolic small town. She was a frequent customer at the Pot Rack for 20 years and would routinely ask if she could buy the store. Her dream was realized in 2020 when Joann and Steve retired. Today, Erika brings her vast knowledge of kitchenware and cuisine to the community. She loves to write and share recipes which she does regularly at the shop. Who would have thought Erika's passion for all things FOOD could be nurtured in such a tiny town? Stop in and say hello! We'd love to meet you.
